Holly specialises in guiding project-based and fast-growing businesses through the complexity that comes with scale — from cash-flow sensitivity and multi-stage workflows to system design, forecasting and strategic financial oversight.

With over a decade of experience spanning accounting, business operations and film production finance, Holly brings a rare blend of commercial acumen, operational understanding and strategic clarity. Her background in both the creative industries and small-to-medium enterprise gives her an intuitive grasp of how businesses actually function behind the scenes — and what they need to grow with stability and confidence.

At The Numerists, Holly partners closely with founders, directors and leadership teams to build financial systems, improve operational efficiency, and give businesses the clarity they need to make strong decisions. Her approach is grounded, analytical and relationship-focused — delivering solutions that are practical, sustainable and aligned with each client’s goals.
